Refund policy

If you would like to submit a complaint or refund request, please follow these steps:

Complaint form

Fill in the complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: First Name and Last Name, e-mail address, phone number, the product's number, the reason of complaint/refund reqest, date of purchase and date of revealing the issue

Product shipping

If you would like to submit a complaint, please send the product back to us together with the complaint form and all the accesories you received the product with. Please attach the invoice copy as well, if it has been issued to you.

According to Polish law regulations you can return the product within 14 days after receiving it.

The refund/complaint procedure doesn't apply to presets, as they are electronic files and they can't be returned.
